1 - Tire Debeader

The Tire Debeader has been specifically designed to remove steel beads from truck tyres. Further destruction of the tire by shredding is a task made considerably easier.

Operator protection is design feature which consider a high priority. The Debeader shows this dedication to safety by providing a fully enclosed cage around the operation of the machine. 

Tire Debeader removes the beads from radial truck tires. Operation of the unit makes it a natural for shredding operations. Removal of the bead wire prior to shredding allows for a cleaner end product and provides less wear on the moving parts of the shredder. This not only provides a smooth shredding operation, but also cuts down on expensive maintenance down time.

Control of the debeading sword is via the lever operated control at the near upper left corner of machine. This control is may easily be mounted elsewhere, according to specific needs or convenience.

2 - Tire Cutter

Tire cutter is designed to cut car, truck and rear tractor tires. Range is up to 120 cm truck tires. The tire cutter  adds flexibility to your total tire cutting system by providing you the opportunities of accepting tires up to 120 cm into your system. The unit also allows your system to cut 60-70 truck tires per hour or 120-150 car tires per hour.

The cutter  is available as a portable or stationary unit and can be powered by electric, diesel or gasoline engines.

3 - Belt Conveyor

Our belt conveyors are suitable for horizontal and inclining conveying of grain and similar granulated materials in addition to material conveying in production lines where gentle handling is required to minimize damage of materials .

A belt conveyor is self-cleaning and feature economic and gentle conveying. The belt conveyor is available for one-way and reversible conveying is also available .

4 - Rubber Shredder

The rubber shredder is specially designed to shred whole truk tyers . The rubber shredder will produce in one pass shredded rubber chips of 16 mm or smaller size.
The rubber shredder is compact, economic and simple to operate. It is designed to work at most efficiency when being used in conjunction with debeader.

Process and unique features:

Tyres are fed to the processing chamber via a chain conveyor and the shredded rubber is discharged via optional 600 mm wide belt conveyor
A low speed high torque cutting mechanism driven through a trouble free, heavy-duty gearbox efficiency and consistently shreds input tires. The gearbox is driven by an electric motor via drive belts. The cutting mechanism consists of single horizontal rotating shaft to which a series of rotating cutting arms are attached. Rotating cutting arms pass within a series of fixed cutting arms located around the inner walls of the processing chamber. Both the rotating and fixed cutter arms are fitted with replaceable, resharpenable blades.

Shredded rubber is discharged from the end of the processing chamber .

6 - Rubber Grinder

The rubber grinder produces a range of different sized rubber granules and powder from 16 mm shred .

The rubber grinder, fitted with four granulating and four grinding chambers, It is specifically designed to both granulate steel-free rubber chips of up to 16 mm in size, and grind steel-free rubber chips without the overheating and low capacity problems .

The rubber grinder consists of two electric motors; Each motor drives two water cooled processing chambers, all mounted on a common table the discharged product is suitable for screening and immediate sale or further processing.

Unique features :

The grinder is compact, economical and simple to operate. It is designed to work most efficiency by feeding with overhead hopper, This hopper being fitted with individual, variable speed, feed augers for each processing chamber.

The cutting mechanism consists of a series of replaceable, resharpenable fixed and rotating cutters of various profiles. The rotating cutters are mounted on a water-cooled, splined shaft and the fixed cutters retained within the water-cooled housing.

Dust suction system

The product is discharged from the processing chambers into a common water-cooled trough auger, and from this auger, can be screened and bagged or deposited onto the separator for fiber separation and screening. The oversize product would generally be returned to the feed hopper for further processing.

Where heavy or rough product conditions are present an auger conveyor can be a good solution for continuous product transfer at any angle up to 80º . It is also a good fit where product needs to be broken or reduced for transfer.

8 - Fiber Separator

The fiber separator is designed to meet the needs of recycling operations and municipalities for fiber-free crumb rubber. This machine is designed to work in conjunction with secondary fiber separators as fitted to our screen.

 

Fiber separator in production line

Unique features :

The separator is compact, economic and simple to operate. It is designed to process rubber powder at a rate up to 1500 kg per hour and after initial set-up, not require any operator intervention.

The rubber is moved across a series of trays on the table by means of a pair of vibratory motors attached to the underside of the table. Due to the tray profiles and vibratory action, the fiber is brought to the top of the rubber stream, where it is removed by a number of suction points suspended above the table.

The removed fiber is blown into a cyclone where it is wet down by water sprays around the cyclone inlet.

Fiber suction system

The wet fiber and excess water is discharged from the base of the cyclone into a screen where the fiber is separated from the water and is discharged into an auger, the auger depositing the fiber into bulk bags for sale or disposal,

Suction system

The cleaned water is returned to a water storage tank for re-use. The air discharged from the cyclone is filtered through a bag filter, to remove any remaining fiber, prior to release in the atmosphere.

The same water storage tank can be used as a source of cooling water for our shredders and grinders, the cyclone serving the dual purpose of separating the fiber from the air stream and cooling the hot water returned from the shredder and grinders.

The clean rubber is discharged from the fiber separator into an auger for screening and bagging.

9 - Screening & Filling Machine

Screening and filling machine is designed to oid all of other brands screen deficiencies. Shaped sieve frame design for convenience and quick change of sieve (only 5 to 10 minutes required) ; this design furthermore allow single-layer sieves, double-layer sieves or triple-layer sieves to be mounted as required.

Drive motor

Completely separate unit design; the resulting simple and easy assembly and dismantling can be carried out by a single person which means an even smoother production process.
Larger sieving area and higher performance form a machine of the same dimensions.
The design of primary and secondary sieves ensures that fine sieves are fully supported by primary sieves; as a result, fine sieves have an exceptionally long service life which, apart from keeping down costs, means a reduction in the number and length of stoppages to the production process.
