Plastic Agglomerator

Model AG192

Plastic Agglomerator 1

The plastic agglomerator converts flexible plastic waste into small flakes that are fed into washing machines in the plastic recycling line. It can also agglomerate it into granules that can be used directly.

The agglomerator can process many materials such as LDPE, HDPE, PE, and other flexible materials found in plastic waste such as bags, hoses, and others.

The machine is fed with plastic waste from the top while the blades are rotating. This continues until the required quantity is reached, then the lower door is opened while the blades are still rotating to discharge the agglomerated material and feed new material.
