Seat Belt Convincer

Model No. SBC211

Seat Belt Convincer 1

The collision simulation unit is an educational machine used to train individuals by simulating a car collision, to understand the resulting force, and the importance of using a seat belt.

The process begins with the trainee sitting on the sliding seat and fastening the seat belt. Then the seat is released by pressing the electrical switches on the side control panel. The seat starts to slide automatically due to the existing incline, continues to slide and increase speed until the collision occurs at the end of the track.

The collision is calculated so as not to harm the rider while at the same time demonstrating the importance of the seat belt.

Seat Belt Convincer 2

The unit is easy to use, operate, and maintain, as it is mounted on wheels and equipped with a front towing ring for easy transport and movement.

It is also equipped with front stabilizers for fixing during operation and steps on the wheel fenders to facilitate use. The unit is equipped with electrical panels on both sides to facilitate operation.

The unit's parts are manufactured on laser machines and assembled with bolted connections without any welding to facilitate maintenance and spare parts replacement
