The scrap baler operates by cutting and compressing scrap metal sheets, sheet metal pieces, damaged equipment parts, and other metal waste, then compressing them into uniform cubes that are easy to transport or melt for metal reuse.

The baler features a shear integrated with the upper door that cuts any excess parts beyond the cutting chamber area. These trimmings can be collected and placed back into the baler until the internal chamber is full, then the pressing cycle is performed.
