Rollover
simulator
Model no. ROS212

The rollover simulation unit simulates the motion of a vehicle
rolling over while driving, with the aim of training the user on
seat belt use and understanding vehicle movement during a rollover.
Operation begins with the user getting into the vehicle and
fastening the seat belt. After that, the vehicle is rotated around
its axis from the side control panel. The vehicle continues to
rotate for a full rotation or several rotations to demonstrate the
importance of the seat belt in that situation.
The unit is easy to use, operate, and maintain, as it is mounted on
wheels and equipped with a front towing ring for easy transport and
movement.

It is also equipped with front and rear stabilizers for fixation
during operation and fitted with a side ladder to facilitate use.
The unit's parts are manufactured on laser machines and assembled
with bolted connections without any welding to facilitate
maintenance operations and spare part replacement.
Each part has a serial number and its own drawing for
remanufacturing when needed.

General Features:
Unit for simulating vehicle rollover for education and training purposes.
The unit is mounted on a trailer with four wheels to facilitate transport operations.
The trailer is equipped with four stabilizers at the corners that are deployed during training.
The training vehicle is mounted on a longitudinal beam on top of the trailer.
The vehicle mounting beam is supported on rotation axles at the ends.
The training vehicle is rotated by an electric motor installed at the end of the trailer.
The electric motor is equipped with a holding feature to maintain the required position.
The unit is painted with electrostatic paint in the appropriate color.
Rollover Simulation
Advantages:
|

Stabilizers are angled outward 15 degrees to increase stability during operation and prevent vibrations |
|

Vehicle mounting parts are movable and can be adjusted to any size when changing the vehicle |
|

Additional side ladders at vehicle wheel level are used for getting on and off during training |
|

Longitudinal beams are weld-free and the floor is clad with steel sheets to protect the user and increase durability |
|

Vehicle carrier is designed to support the vehicle from below without any cross pipes or damage to the vehicle |
|

Towing ring is equipped with a movable lock for easy towing with open or closed hook |
|

Vehicle rotation path is sufficiently clear of the floor and fenders |
|

The unit can be easily converted to the stationary model by removing the mobility parts |
