Technical Specifications

Suction sweeping unit – locally manufactured with ready-made European components

The unit is mounted on a truck with a payload of not less than 10 tons and a chassis length behind the cab of not less than 5 meters.

The unit consists of the fixed chassis, on which are mounted the sweeping tank unit, the engine-with-blower unit, the water and oil tank unit, the lower hood unit, the side brush units, and the rear hydraulic boom unit.

The sweeping system operates on a closed cycle, with a filter to ensure no dust is raised or leaked.

The sweeping system operates with a blower capacity of 15,000 CFM, driven by a 152 HP four-stroke diesel engine.

Sweeping path width reaches 320 cm when the side brushes are operating, and vehicle sweeping speed reaches 15 km/h, giving a sweeping rate of 48,000 m² per hour.

Side brushes are made of polypropylene, 35-inch diameter, and operate on an independent hydraulic motor, and are raised or lowered hydraulically to increase sweeping width or assist in sweeping corners beyond the hood range.

The lower hood operates on a closed-cycle system with 10-inch openings and is equipped with a transverse brush driven by a hydraulic motor to ensure sweeping quality.

The entire suction circuit is equipped with water spray nozzles to suppress dust during sweeping.

The unit is equipped with water spray nozzles around the side brushes and the transverse brush to help suppress dust, and the water circuit is equipped with an additional 2.5-inch outlet that can be used for irrigation and cleaning operations.

The water circuit operates on a pump with a capacity of 40 liters per minute, driven by an electric motor connected to the unit's electrical circuit.

Water tank is made of galvanized steel, 3 mm thick, capacity 1,500 liters, and equipped with a water level indicator, in addition to standard tank openings: suction, discharge, maintenance and cleaning, overflow, and pressure equalization.

Sweeping tank capacity 4 m³, made of rust-treated steel, 3 mm thick, and the tank is raised hydraulically to discharge dust, and the rear tank door is opened and closed hydraulically during discharge.

Hydraulic boom is mounted behind the unit and controls the position of the external suction hose, 4-inch diameter, which is used when sweeping pits or places difficult to sweep with the hood.

The unit's hydraulic circuit is driven by a hydraulic pump powered by the unit engine and another pump powered by the truck engine, and the circuit is equipped with an electric valve unit to operate the unit's various movements.

Hydraulic oil tank capacity 200 liters, equipped with oil level indicator and oil temperature indicator, and equipped with oil filter in addition to necessary safety valves for operation.

All unit movements are controlled from an electrical control unit installed inside the driver's cab, through which the sweeping engine can be started and stopped and all hydraulic circuit movements can be controlled.

After-sales service and spare parts are available.

Warranty for one full year against manufacturing defects.
